Young Sport Hero 9 - 36. kg | 9 months - 12 years | ECE-Group 1/2/3 Maximum safety must be ensured on every occasion: the Young Sport Hero is a child seat we created to be installed and removed easily and safely in almost any car using the vehicle seat belt. No matter who you are travelling with or in which car - the important thing is that your children are safe… whatever the destination. And since such a child seat should not be heavy to handle, we designed it to weigh only around 8 kg. So it’s straightforward fitting, easy to remove and easy to carry. UNIVERSAL Fitting The seat can be installed simply and quickly in cars without ISOFIX using the vehicle seat belt. It’s universal which means it can be attached in almost any car out there. GROWS WITH THE CHILD Thanks to the height-adjustable backrest with integrated headrest, the child seat can be perfectly adjusted to the height of the child and grows with it. ADVANCED SIDE PROTECTION (ASP) The integrated protectors offer maximum protection. In the event of a side collision, they absorb the force that would act upon the child. SEAT ANGLE ADJUSTMENT The sitting area in the child seat can be adjusted to the resting position for small children up to 18 kg. So your child can enjoy the highest levels of comfort, sitting or sleeping. LIGHTWEIGHT Weighing just around 8 kg, the Young Sport Hero child seat can be quickly lifted and carried from one car to another without any problem. PATENTED HERO SAFETY SYSTEM Children up to 18 kg can be simply and quickly strapped in with the patented HERO safety system. A single unit comprising shoulder pads, shoulder straps and headrest prevents the harness from twisting and slipping. *By request/order.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Electrovox.ent@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
